Free shipping on every order.

PROCESSING
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days of being placed.

DELIVERY
12–25 days from dispatch. We ship direct from our production partner rather than holding stock in a local warehouse. That is why the product costs what it does instead of salon prices — and it is also why it takes longer than a domestic order. If you need something this week, we are honestly not the right choice.

TRACKING
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't arrived within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email us at support@tryvaxa.com.

CUSTOMS, VAT AND IMPORT CHARGES
Orders shipping to Iceland may be subject to Icelandic VAT and a postal handling fee on arrival. Where these apply they are set by the Icelandic authorities, not by us, and they are the customer's responsibility. We do not mark parcels as gifts and we do not under-declare value.

WRONG ADDRESS
We can change an address before dispatch — email us fast. After dispatch we can't reroute it.
