Refund policy

THE 60-DAY PROMISE
Use VAXA every day for 60 days. If you are not glad you bought it, email support@tryvaxa.com and we will refund you. You do not need to send back a used bottle and you do not need to justify yourself.

YOUR 14-DAY RIGHT TO CANCEL
Separately from our own guarantee, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving one. To use it, email us at support@tryvaxa.com. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs. Our 60-day promise above is more generous, so most customers use that instead.

UNOPENED RETURNS
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us first for the return address.

HOW TO CLAIM
Email support@tryvaxa.com with your order number. We reply within 1 business day. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM
Send a photo within 14 days of delivery. We replace it or refund it — your choice. You don't return anything.

WHAT WE DON'T REFUND
Orders delivered more than 60 days ago. Products bought somewhere other than this store.
