Shipping

Free tracked delivery on every order. Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery takes 12 to 25 days from dispatch. We ship direct from our production partner rather than holding stock in a local warehouse, which is why it takes longer than a domestic order and why the product costs what it does.

Customs and VAT

Orders shipping to Iceland may be subject to Icelandic VAT and a postal handling fee on arrival. Where these apply they are set by the Icelandic authorities, not by us. We do not mark parcels as gifts and we do not under-declare value.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email when your order ships. See Track Your Order.

Returns and refunds

60 days, money back, no reason needed. Use VAXA every day for 60 days and if you are not glad you bought it, email us. You do not need to send anything back. See our Refund Policy for the detail.

Damaged or wrong item

Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery at support@tryvaxa.com and we will replace it or refund you, your choice. You will not need to ship anything back.

Changing or cancelling an order

Email us before your order is dispatched and we can usually still catch it. After dispatch we cannot reroute a parcel.

Is VAXA a medicine?

No. VAXA is a cosmetic scalp ampoule. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. It contains no minoxidil and no hormones. If you have a diagnosed scalp or hair condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are under medical care, speak to your doctor before use.
